VOILÁ | LYF EXPERIENCE

The opportunity I had at Voilá to work on the LYF Brands project was a unique one because of the added experience I gained working as an executive leader directing a group of talented designers, content producers and developers. The chance to wear many hats while ensuring that I was also able to backup anyone that needed time away helped me to sharpen my skills while gaining a true respect for the roles each team member had to carry out in order to achieve the objectives of the company. My approach to management was hands-on but team driven allowing everyone to freely contribute and grow as individuals and professionals. The amount of growth we experienced as a team will be with us all for the rest of our lives because we truly did endure under the most challenging deadlines and expectations imaginable. Understanding the true depths of entreprneurial pursuits has conditioned me to thrive in the toughest environments under the most extreme conditions. I can truly say that I have seen it all and if I haven't it probably will not move, shake or surprise me. I understand what it takes to build a brand from top to bottom with the knowledge of every process needed to take any vision and make it a tangible reality.
